These sleep drops have been a godsend. Bad habits were part of my daily pattern - working too late and reading into the night. Once these habits were ditched sleep still evaded me. The drops now ensure that almost every night I fall asleep easily and go back to sleep if I have to get up in the night. it has made a massive difference to me as previously I would have had to survive on 2 or 3 hours of sleep. Worth every penny.
I found this product effective to reduce tennis elbow and post exercise aches and pains. The jar lasts a long time as a little goes a long way. I prefer the fragrance of the CBD cream but the balm is more effective in my opinion, particularly if you apply overnight.
