These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between The LDN Dispensary Ltd, trading as The London Dispensary, registered in England and Wales under company number 13734124, with registered office at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and any person accessing www.thelondondispensary.com (“Website”), purchasing products, or using our services (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”).
1.1b Eligibility
You can only purchase Goods from the Website if you:
(a) Are at least 18 years old
(b) Are capable of forming a legally binding contract
(c) Agree to be bound by these Terms
(d) Are purchasing for personal, non-commercial use
1.2 Acceptance and Application By accessing the Website, placing an order, or using any services, you expressly acknowledge that: (a) You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety (b) You are at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract (c) You are resident in the United Kingdom (d) Any purchase is for personal, non-commercial use only If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease use of the Website immediately.
2. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
2.1 In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following expressions have the following meanings:
“Consumer” means an individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession;
“Contract” means the legally binding agreement between the Company and the Customer for the supply of Goods formed in accordance with these Terms;
“Company” means The LDN Dispensary Ltd, trading as The London Dispensary, a company registered in England and Wales under company number [Insert], whose registered office is at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE;
“Customer” means the individual purchasing Goods from the Company subject to these Terms;
“Delivery Location” means the address specified in the Order to which the Goods are to be delivered;
“Durable Medium” means paper, email, or any other medium that: (a) allows information to be addressed personally to the recipient, (b) enables the recipient to store the information in a way accessible for future reference for a period appropriate to the purposes of the information, and (c) allows the unchanged reproduction of the information stored;
“Goods” means any products advertised for sale on the Website that the Company agrees to supply to the Customer, as specified in the Order;
“Intellectual Property Rights” means all vested, contingent and future intellectual property rights including but not limited to: (a) patents, trademarks, service marks, registered designs, applications for any of those rights, trade and business names (including internet domain names and email address names), unregistered trademarks, unregistered designs, rights to prevent passing off or unfair competition, copyright, database rights, design rights, rights in know-how, trade secrets and confidential information; and (b) the benefit of all registrations and applications to register any such rights and all rights having equivalent or similar effect in any jurisdiction;
“Order” means the Customer’s order for Goods submitted via the Website in accordance with these Terms;
“Order Confirmation” means the Company’s written acceptance of the Order;
“Privacy Policy” means the Company’s policy governing the processing of personal data, available at www.thelondondispensary.com/privacy;
“Subscription” means any recurring product delivery service offered by the Company;
“User Account” means a registered customer account on the Website;

2.2 Interpretation:
2.2.1 A reference to a statute or statutory provision includes:
(a) any subordinate legislation made under it;
(b) any repealed statute or statutory provision which it re-enacts (with or without modification); and
(c) any statute or statutory provision which modifies, consolidates, re-enacts or supersedes it.
2.2.2 Any phrase introduced by the terms “including”, “include”, “in particular” or any similar expression shall be construed as illustrative and shall not limit the sense of the words preceding those terms.
2.2.3 References to clauses are to the clauses of these Terms.
2.2.4 Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.
2.2.5 Any ambiguities in these Terms shall be interpreted against the party that drafted the ambiguous provision.
2.2.6 The headings in these Terms are included for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.
2.2 PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
2.21 Product Description The Website offers CBD and botanical wellness products (“Products”). All Products are clearly described on the Website, though: (a) Images are for illustration only and actual Products may vary in appearance (b) We reserve the right to change Product formulations, packaging, or specifications without notice (c) All Products are subject to availability (d) We may limit order quantities at our discretion (e) We make no guarantee of specific results from Product use
2.22 Product Compliance and Testing All Products: (a) Are independently laboratory tested (b) Contain no more than 1mg THC per container in compliance with UK law (c) Are manufactured according to applicable regulatory standards However, we make no guarantee regarding specific compounds, potency, or effects unless explicitly stated on Product packaging.
2.23 Age Restrictions You must be at least 18 years old to: (a) Create a User Account (b) Place Orders (c) Purchase or use any Products We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel Orders if we reasonably believe you are under 18 or are purchasing for someone under 18.
- ORDERING PROCESS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
3.1 Order Process The ordering process allows you to check and amend errors before submitting an Order. You are responsible for ensuring that your Order and any specification you provide is complete and accurate.
3.2 Order Acceptance Submitting an Order constitutes an offer to purchase Products. We are not obliged to accept any Order. A Contract is only formed when we send an Order Confirmation. We may decline Orders at our sole discretion.
3.3 Order Amendments Once an Order Confirmation is sent: (a) The Contract is binding (b) Products, quantities, and prices cannot be amended (c) Cancellation is only possible in accordance with clause [X] (d) Additional Products require a new Order

3.5 Order Rejection We may reject Orders if: (a) Products are unavailable (b) We cannot authorize your payment (c) You do not meet our eligibility criteria (d) We suspect fraudulent activity (e) We reasonably believe the Order is for commercial resale (f) We identify pricing, description, or other errors (g) The Order exceeds quantity limits (h) We cannot deliver to your location
3.6 Order Acceptance
We may decline any Order at our sole discretion if:
(a) Products are unavailable
(b) We cannot authorize payment
(c) We suspect fraudulent activity
(d) We reasonably believe the Order is for commercial resale
(e) We identify pricing or description errors
(f) The Order exceeds quantity limits
(g) We cannot deliver to your location
- PRICING AND PAYMENT
4.1 Product Pricing All prices are in British Pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect Orders for which we have sent an Order Confirmation.
4.2 Payment Methods We accept payment via: (a) Major credit and debit cards (b) Klarna payment services Payment must be made in full at the time of Order except where Klarna services are used according to their terms.
4.3 Payment Processing By submitting payment details, you: (a) Confirm they are valid and you have authority to use them (b) Authorize us to process the full Order amount (c) Accept that Orders will not be processed until payment is received (d) Acknowledge that payment data is handled by secure third-party processors
4.4 Failed Payments If payment fails or is declined: (a) The Order will not be processed (b) You will be notified of the payment failure (c) You may re-attempt payment with alternative means (d) We are not liable for any consequences of payment failure
4.5 Payment Processing
By submitting payment details, you:
(a) Confirm they are valid and you have authority to use them
(b) Authorize us to process the full Order amount
(c) Accept that Orders will not be processed until payment is received

- PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS AND SPECIAL OFFERS
5.1 Promotional Codes All promotional codes, vouchers, and discounts (“Promotions”): (a) Must be entered at the time of Order (b) Cannot be applied retrospectively (c) Are subject to availability and validation (d) May be withdrawn without notice (e) Cannot be exchanged for cash or other consideration (f) May be rejected if we reasonably believe they are being misused
5.2 Restrictions on Promotions Unless explicitly stated in writing: (a) Only one Promotion may be used per Order (b) Promotions cannot be combined with other offers (c) Heavily discounted items, including gift boxes, ritual boxes, bundles, sets, and kits are excluded from additional discounting (d) Subscription services are excluded from Promotions (e) If multiple Promotions are permitted, they will be applied incrementally in descending order of discount value
5.3 Shipping Thresholds If applying a Promotion reduces the Order value below any free shipping threshold: (a) Standard shipping charges will be applied (b) You will be notified before Order completion (c) You may add Products to reach the free shipping threshold
5.4 Third-Party Promotions We do not authorize any third party to sell or distribute our promotional codes. Any Promotions obtained from unauthorized sources: (a) Will be considered invalid (b) May result in Order cancellation (c) Will not be refunded if payment is made to third parties
- DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
6.1 Delivery Services We deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom using: (a) Royal Mail 24-hour tracked service (b) Royal Mail 48-hour tracked service Delivery services are subject to Royal Mail’s terms and conditions.
6.2 Delivery Timeframes While we aim to deliver within stated timeframes: (a) Delivery times are estimates only (b) Time is not of the essence for delivery (c) We are not liable for any delays (d) Delays do not entitle you to cancel Orders except as provided in clause 6.6
6.3 Delivery Address You are responsible for: (a) Providing accurate delivery information (b) Ensuring the delivery location is accessible (c) Making arrangements with Royal Mail for safe delivery (d) Additional costs if redelivery is required due to incorrect information
6.4 Failed Delivery If delivery fails because: (a) No one is available to accept delivery (b) The delivery location is inaccessible (c) You have not made arrangements with Royal Mail Then: (i) The Product may be returned to us (ii) You will be responsible for redelivery costs (iii) We may deduct reasonable storage charges (iv) We may cancel the Order and refund the Product cost less our reasonable charges
6.5 Proof of Delivery Where Royal Mail provides photographic and GPS evidence of delivery: (a) This constitutes conclusive proof of delivery (b) Claims of non-receipt will not be accepted (c) No refund will be provided (d) Replacement Products are entirely at our discretion (e) We reserve the right to refuse future Orders
6.6 Late or Failed Delivery You may cancel an Order for late delivery only if: (a) We have failed to deliver within 30 days of Order Confirmation (b) You have given us written notice specifying a reasonable additional delivery period (c) We have failed to deliver within that additional period If you cancel under this clause, we will refund any payments made under the Contract.
- RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
7.1 Return Policy You may return unopened Products within 14 days of delivery, provided: (a) Products are in original, unopened condition (b) All seals and security tags remain intact (c) Products are suitable for resale (d) You have proof of purchase (e) You follow our return procedure
7.2 Return Restrictions Returns will not be accepted if: (a) Products have been opened or used (b) Seals or security tags have been broken (c) Products are not in original condition (d) Products were marked as non-returnable (e) Products are perishable or short-dated (f) Returns are prohibited by law or regulation
