Orders placed before 1pm on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day.
Standard shipping is via 2 day service. During busy periods please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. Standard delivery is free for orders over £70.
If you select 1 day delivery your order will be dispatched via 24hr service. Orders placed by 1pm should be delivered the next working day. During busy periods please allow the carrier an extra day.

The London Dispensary takes its core values regarding enviromental, and socio-economic change obligations seriously. Over half of delivered products get returned. Many large retailers even incentivise returns by offering free returns. Studies have shown the psycology regarding free returns leads to further damage to our environment and planet. Noteably via additonal transportation efforts. In line with our core sustainable principles as a business we do not offer free returns unless in the event we have made an error and we will of course look to resolve that for you as per the below guidelines. Unopened and undamaged products purchased from thelondondispensary.com can be returned to us for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Unopened means the product must have all security seals in place and unbroken, in full packaging with no damage.
Please contact us at [email protected] with details of your order to arrange a return – we will advise the appropriate UK return address when we receive your request.
Return/refund requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of your original order.
If you make an error when ordering online we will gladly exchange your product for the one you intended to purchase. The original product must be returned to us unopened, with security seals intact and in its original undamaged condition. You are responsible for all postage charges.
If you are unsatisfied with the product you have received you have the option of exchanging or refunding it.
You are responsible for the costs of returning an order, as per our policy on sustainable returns. If you return part of an order for a refund and this refund brings your order total under the threshold for free delivery or any other promotion then the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
If a product is damaged while it is being shipped to you or there is a mistake with your order we will provide you with a full refund or replacement for the items damaged or missing, if the order is only partially delivered we will remedy this upon notification either via refund or shipping the missing item/s to you. Return postage will be refunded in the case of damaged, defective or incorrect products. We do ask for photo evidence to be given so we can follow up with the carrier.
When returning a product to us please keep your postal receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed as we may need to see this if we fail to receive your return.
We advise that a tracked or signed service is used to ensure any postage issues can be resolved quickly while the items return to us. These services generally come with insurance, if not it might be advisable to ensure the correct cover is taken to cover the parcel value. We are unable to remedy via the means stated if the parcel is not delivered back to us.
We endeavour to process returns within 2 weeks of receipt. All refunds will be issued to the method used for payment.
Gift cards are non-refundable but do not expire.
