- At the checkout, you will be asked to add the email of the recipient, and the time and date you wish for them to be emailed their gift card.

Additional Terms and Conditions For Gift Cards
To be used in conjunction with our standard terms and conditions:
- Gift cards will be active until the remaining balance reaches £0 or until expiration.
- Gift cards can be used on multiple orders until the balance is depleted.
- Gift cards will always be the primary payment method if a secondary payment option is also required to complete a purchase. The secondary payment method will be used to cover the remaining balance after the gift card balance is fully used.
- Gift cards have a 12-month redemption period from the date of issue.
- Gift cards cannot be refunded, traded, swapped, or resold.
- Gift cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the recipient.
- Gift cards are electronic, with a code used for redemption; no physical gift card will be issued.
- Gift cards cannot be purchased via Klarna, per legal restrictions on financial payment solutions for instantly redeemable gift cards.
- Gift cards are the recipient’s responsibility once issued and are treated as cash in cases of loss, damage, or theft. However, we will use reasonable efforts to assist if informed of a lost or stolen gift card prior to any unauthorized use. This may include blocking and replacing the gift card code and notifying authorities if required.
- We reserve the right to update, change, or modify these terms in compliance with UK consumer law and regulations.
