The dosage page states there are 200 drops per 10ml. This means the 10ml bottle contains approximately 200 drops, each supplying approximately 7.5mg CBD.

The marked pipette equivalents are approximately 15mg per 0.1ml, 37.5mg per 0.25ml, 75mg per 0.5ml and 150mg per 1ml. These values explain the concentration; they are not a recommendation to use a full pipette. Follow the approved label and the start-low-and-go-slow dosage approach.
