Nourishing Ritual Bed Box
The Ritual
Pre-bed, starting with the nourishing balm, gently melt the balm and massage into tired or sore muscles to ease the days stressors. Then gently and lightly apply to any areas needing some extra nourishing and moisturising. Lastly, finish by applying to pulse points such as the feet the wrists, working down through the hands and the cuticles.
Softly spritz your pillows and bed linen with the desired amount using the pillow spray. Our favourite tip, spray the other side of the pillow too, that way when you flip it over when you hit that snooze button, you get to enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy all over again.
Lastly, take the desired amount of Sleep Drops under the tongue. We have written a little guide to help with this.
Climb into your beautifully hypnotic linen, and take a few deep breaths, those that struggle to clear their minds, try one of our mindfulness exercises.

Advice
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For adult use only.
Please recycle or reuse all of the packaging and vessel parts. The vessel is glass, the paper label does not have to be removed. The lid is aluminium. The packaging paper, the inks and adhesive have been selected as they breakdown in the recycling process.

How to Use
Take desired amount under the tongue for 30-60seconds before swallow excess. See our guide for more details.
CBD Calm Balm
Melt the balm with your finger, then apply topically by gently rubbing or massaging into the desire area or muscle.
Pillow Spray
Spray in the air above your pillows and linen, allow to dry before snuggling into bed.
Eco - Info
Take the pipette apart and recycle each element individually. Be careful removing the glass tube.
The aluminium lid can be recycled indefinitely.
The atomiser you only need to purchase the once, unscrew it from the bottle and you can buy a refill bottle from us to place on the new bottle.
Kraft forever box is pure kraft paper and can be full recycled if needed.

These sleep drops have been a godsend. Bad habits were part of my daily pattern - working too late and reading into the night. Once these habits were ditched sleep still evaded me. Purchased these drops to compensate for the fact I’m no longer able to smoke due to a chronic chest condition and was having difficulty sleeping since I gave up… definitely helps with the sleep and also goes some way to replace the relaxation I had evenings doing it the ‘old fashioned way’ ! I bought this after using the gummies for a month but wanted to try something aimed at helping with sleep as that’s what I was struggling with. I’m recovering from burnout and my sleep has been very sketchy but this is helping me get to sleep and stay asleep. I’d love to see them in a gummy form as I find them easier to take but if you’re struggling with sleep, definitely give this a try.

We couldn't possibly confirm or deny that we have started to look at the formulation of a sleep support edible! But if we were at work on one, the higher CBD level needed for sleep would be the tricky part; we might end up having to go a capsule route. But the science bods are hard at work!

I recently tried these CBD sleep drops and I must say, I have been very pleasantly surprised. The natural minty flavour is pleasant and the drops themselves are very easy to take. What really stood out for me is how effective the drops are in helping me get a good night's sleep.

Its hard to enjoy life when you are plagued by pain. Its hard to get quality sleep when pain keeps waking you up. Its hard to be grateful when your brain is clouded by medication to keep the pain at bay. Have tried the High Street brands with little effect. The first night using these drops gave me 5 hours uninterrupted sleep( a first in months). Woke up actually feeling like I've slept! Would I recommend these- definitely!!!!
